STANDARD LICENSE AGREEMENT:

1)  You may use one copy of each Software program, Form, or Handbook on any two computers provided the two computers are owned by the purchaser of the Software, Form, or Handbook.

2)  Make one copy of the Software, Form(s), or Handbook(s) for backup purposes.

3)  You may edit and use the Software, Form(s), or Handbook(s) for yourself or for your business use provided it does not violate our terms of use.

4)  You  may not under this Standard License Agreement:  (a) Copy the Software, Form(s), or Handbook(s) except as specifically provided above; (b) Transfer the ownership of, or allow the use of, the Software, Form(s), or Handbook(s) to or by any third party; (c) disassemble or create derivative works from our Software, Form(s), or Handbook(s), nor assert or attempt to claim any intellectual property rights in any such modification or improvement.

5)  You acknowledge and agree that all Software, Forms, and Handbooks are the property of Orion Systems and are protected by copyrights, trademarks, service marks, trade secrets, and other rights and laws, in the U.S. and internationally.

6)  Any violation of these provisions will automatically revoke this Standard License Agreement and could subject you to legal liability.

NOTICE TO ATTORNEYS:

If you are a licensed attorney in private practice you may use and edit our business and legal forms or parts thereof to provide customized documents for your individual clients.  However, you may not offer our business and legal forms, whether or not modified or improved by you, for sale to the general public (meaning anyone with which you do not have an attorney-client relationship), to other attorneys, or to other commercial enterprises who publish or sell business or legal forms or who conduct business that is similar to, or competitive with, that of Orion Systems.
